Terms of Use

Effective September 26, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the maker of Reely. By using Reely you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who we are

Reely is made and run by Freddy Edwin Ñañez Choque, an individual developer in Lima, Peru, and the seller of Reely on the App Store (“Reely,” “we,” “us”). Questions, complaints and claims go to freddy@loopmind.lat.

Apple’s terms also apply

Your license to the app itself is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms govern the Reely service and add to it. This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Reely, its support and any claims about it.

Who can use Reely

You must be at least 18 to use Reely. By using it you confirm that you are. If we learn that someone under 18 is using Reely, we’ll close the account and delete its data.

What Reely does

You pick a talking-head video from your Photos. Reely uploads it to our servers, transcribes it, and builds an automatic rough cut that removes silences and filler words. When it detects that you recorded the same line more than once, it keeps one take and lets you swap in another. You review and adjust the cut, then save the final video to Photos. Reely currently works with English speech only.

Reely creates a guest account for your device automatically. You’re responsible for what happens under it, and you can delete it anytime in the app: Settings → Delete account.

Plans and limits

Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Your content stays yours

The videos you upload, and the cuts Reely makes from them, belong to you. To run the service you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transcribe, analyze, edit and render your content, only to make your cut and provide Reely to you. The license ends when your content is deleted. We don’t use your content to train AI models, for marketing, or show it to anyone else.

When you upload a video, you promise that you have the rights to use it this way, that everyone who appears or speaks in it has agreed (and for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian), and that it doesn’t break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Automated editing can be wrong

Cuts, take choices and transcripts are made automatically, and they can be wrong. Always review your cut before you publish it. You decide what gets posted, and we don’t promise any result such as views or followers.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Reely is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will keep your content forever. Nothing here limits a right that the law where you live doesn’t let us limit.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law that applies to you allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid for Reely in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. These limits don’t apply to our fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Ending this agreement

You can stop anytime by deleting your account in the app (and cancelling any subscription through Apple). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it, and where it’s reasonable we’ll tell you why first. If we stop running Reely altogether, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can save your cuts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Reely after that, you accept the change. If you don’t, you can delete your account.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and give us 30 days to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the county where you live. Nothing here requires arbitration or takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
